[ Product Description]
HA330-II resin hemoperfusion cartridge is of relatively specific recognition and adsorption capacity to pathogenic factors in patients with liver disease. In clinic, the product could be used individually by all kinds of blood purification machines or used together with other blood purification devices by association with artificial liver machine for whole-blood or plasma hemoperfusion treatment. It is to temporarily replace liver� s detoxifcation function, meanwhile to create conditions for injured liver cells� regeneration & functin recovery. It is one kind of artificial liver system. The product is hereinafter named as hemoperfusion cartridge for short.

[ Adsorption Principle]
Adsorbent in HA330-II resin hemoperfusion cartridge is the medical macroporous adsorptive resin processed by unique technology, whose adsorption capacity depends on the molecular sieve effect of three� dimensional network structure and the affinity between resin molecular groups and the adsorbed material as well as Van der Waals interaction between molecular groups, and high adsorption capacity is performed to macromolecular toxins, especially the ones with hydrophobic lipophilic groups or aromatic ring structure.

[ Product Application]
The product could be used for whole-blood adsorption or plasma adsorption to clear pathogenic factors in patients with liver disease, such as inflammatory mediators, cytokine & bilirubin. Its recommended application includes all kinds of severe hepatopathy, acute/ chronic liver function failure, drug-induced hepatitis, hepatic encephalopathy and so on.

Treatment Proposal
HA330-II resin hemoperfusion cartridge is utilized for artificial liver support system ( ALSS) . 1 time per day, one cartridge for one treatment, 3-5 times as one treatment course. Treatment interval may be adjusted according to the patients� condition.
